Časar has long been avoiding the law enforcement authorities. First the authorities weren’t able to serve him the judgment and later he also avoided the calls for serving a nearly 6-year prison sentence in the Dob penitentiary. Robert Časar was convicted of abuse of office and taking bribes at the businesses of Luka Koper in the Karst region.
