The coalition this week decided that all key data of bad loans will become public. Should the changes to the law on access of public information be supported by the National Assembly, then the names of those who granted problematic loans and the names of those who received these loans will be publicly accessible.
The Information Commissioner also wants that those who are responsible for these questionable loans, be exposed. In December last year tax payers in Slovenia had to pay more than 3.2 billion euros for the recapitalization of the banking system.
