The album on the famous adventures of Muri was recorded and released by Neca Falk in 1978. Director Boris Dolenc decided to make an animated film about Muri thanks to the popularity of Neca’s record. The premiere of the first part of a 3-D animated series about the cat Muri, the famous character who was created by Kajetan Kovič in 1975, took place yesterday evening in Ljubljana’s Kinodvor cinema.

Visitors loved the short animated film. It will be released in five parts. The creators of the film say they still need to raise money for the second part of the series.
