The reason for the upgrade is because the bad loans have been transferred to the bad bank and Abanka Vipa is expected to do so until the end of the first quarter of this year. In addition, the state has increased the capital of NLB and NKBM. At the same time the transfer of bad loans enhances the lending capacity of the two banks.
