Celje police arrested eight people who are suspected of participating in the attack on Spanish soccer fans at the rest area Tepanje that happened after the match between Maribor and Sevilla.

Up to now eighteen persons have been temporarily taken into custody and fifteen house searches have been conducted so far. Seven individuals are still in custody. The investigation of this brutal attack is still on-going.
