Since by the end of the year the state must reduce its share in NLB to 25% and one share, preparations for partial privatisation of the largest bank in the country will be initiated.

Among the investments already listed for sale, but not yet sold, are also Unior, Cinkarna Celje and Telekom Slovenije, the sale of which miserably failed this year after a number of complications. Next year Unior will be readied for sale in affiliation with creditor banks, excluding the tourist part, while the sale of Cinkarna should start after settling environmental problems. A strategic restructuring of Telekom is planned prior to possible repeated sale, SDH recently disclosed.

In the meantime the sales procedures for Adria Airways, Cimos, Paloma and NKBM are continuing and should be completed by the beginning of the next year, as well as for MLM. Restructuring before possible sale is continuing also in Peko, Polzela, Sava and some other smaller companies.
