Those who missed Razredni sovražnik (Class Enemy) can see it on Friday, the 22nd of August, in Bled as part of this year's Film by the Lake screenings, under the patronage of Ljubljana's Kinodvor.

The movie's screenplay, based on real events, was written by Nejc Gazvoda, Rok Biček and Janez Lapajne. The portrayed story was experienced by Biček in high school, when one of his fellow students committed suicide. The event led to a student rebellion against the school system and its teachers.

The story in Biček's movie takes place in a Slovenian high school, where students are unable to meet the demands of their new teacher of German language. Their relationship intensifies more and more and after one of the students commits suicide, her friends start blaming the teacher for the tragedy. The development triggers a series of fateful events that forever change the lives of the teacher and students, as the truth of the events lies behind a secret veil of reckless lies, malicious plots and foolish decisions.
The main roles were played by Igor Samobor and nine high school students. Supporting roles were played by Nataša Barbara Gračner, Tjaša Železnik, Maša Derganc and Robert Prebil.

The movie, which has already received several awards from the film industry, was also Slovenia's candidate for best foreign film at the Oscars.
