Peter Prevc and Rok Justin ended mere 0.7 point apart. Third place went to Clemens Aigner of Austria, who was 6.2 points behind Justin. The final series had confirmed the result from the first jump.

Robert Kranjec took 6th place, Tomaž Naglič 8th, and Jaka Hvala finished in ninth place.

For Peter Prevc, world champion of the past winter season, this was his first competition on the new pair of skis from Slatnar. In the 1st series, Prevc jumped to 106 m, half a metre shorter than Justin. Both ski jumpers landed at a distance of 111.5 m.

The skis still aren’t exactly to my liking, similarly to last year. This is an evolutionary process. But since this is only the first pair that I’ve tested, I can say that the skis function well but will need some further upgrades,” Prevc explained to TV Slovenija.
