In the meantime, Cimos has sold off the Kamnik-based Cimos Titan to the Czech company Litostroj Power for over 21 million euros. This will be an important source of liquidity for the company. Cimos owes banks roughly 400 million euros. Last year, the company reported losses of 134 million euros. It is now in talks with banks, in which banks could possibly take over a 90% ownership in the company. This will be known by May 22.
