In a television interview yesterday Minister for infrastructure and special planning Samo Omerzel explained, that the government plans to tax all residential buildings with a single, 0.15 per cent tax rate.

Due to complications at the new assessment the deadline for the regulation of real estate data has also been extended to the 30th of April.

To speed up matters regarding the data editing the Surveying and Mapping Authority has also decided to open its doors to property owners also on Sundays. The government also granted an additional 252000 EUR for afternoon work and work on Saturdays.
