The statutory changes would allow the replacement of Luka Koper CEO Gašpar Gašpar Mišič. The last replacement attempt by the Supervisory Board failed due to the obstruction by the workers' representatives. Another proposal which is drawing attention is orientated at the quorum of the Supervisory Board. The last attempted recall of Gašpar Mišič failed, due to four members of the board leaving the meeting early and preventing the recall. According to the new proposal the appointment or removal of a board member requires the presence of at least half of the Supervisors, at least half of them representing capital. The deadline for convening the General Meeting is the 24th of March.
