Meteorologists have warned about a possibility of thermal shocks, which is why they advise people to hydrate and stay in the shade. The Slovenian environmental agency ARSO has also issued a yellow alarm and advises people to pay attention to any weather changes.

Thunderstorms and local rain showers are expected on Monday and temperatures should drop to around 28 degrees Celsius.

According to ARSO weather with up to 28 degrees Celsius will continue until the end of the week.
