After Wednesday’s seven-hour long session, the president of the UKC council Tomaž Glažar, said Hojker was objectively responsible for the events at the neurology clinic. Hojker has 15 days to respond to the accusations, after which his potential dismissal will be voted on. "The council did not specifically look into Hojker’s criminal responsibility," added Glažar.

Snežana Ilijaš reported for Radio Slovenija that according to Glažar, the content of the report convinced the councilors of Hojker’s responsibility. The report found numerous irregularities, not only in the Radan case. Several examples of inadequate conduct and treatment of patients, and poor, insufficient and badly managed communication among employees, have been highlighted in the report. Irregularities were also found in the prescribing of drugs: not enough oversight - from the around 30 examples a doctor was signed only under six. Ilijaš reports that there was also a lack of supervision regarding the use of medicine.

A special management review at the neurology clinic was initiated after it was leaked to the public that doctor Ivan Radan had shortened the lives of several patients. However the review also pointed to other shortcomings and irregularities at the neurology clinic.
