The value of the issue is not known yet. It was only announced that the bonds will be issued soon, depending on the situation at the financial market. The Ministry at first announced their intention to issue bonds reaching 1.75 percentage points above the reference interest rate for risk-free investments.

As reported by Bloomberg, the add-on was consequently reduced to 1.65 percentage points. Considering the present reference interest rate and the expected add-on, the expected yield should be around 2.4%, was reported by the online Finance magazine.

They also reported that until 1 pm one billion euros was paid, which is supposedly the value of the issued Slovenian state bonds.
