Yana Volovich had a job in Kiev. But after only a month at the job she decided to quit and come spend a year in Slovenia. As an EVS volunteer Yana spends her time traveling around the country and shooting promotional videos for Slovenian hostels. Yana says Slovenia is beautiful, but a bit empty at nights. She misses eating the fish from back home. Born and raised in Crimea, Yana says her relationship with other people is more important than issues like nationality, and says the world is her home.
