A new law banning abortions in the US state of Texas is being celebrated by some and strongly opposed by others. Named the »Hearbeat Act«, it bans abortions from as early as six weeks into pregnancy. It restricts access to abortions after the detection a foetal heartbeat - at around six weeks - a point when many women do not even know they're pregnant. A Pentagon report says all but one of the 144 reports made about UFOs by US military pilots and the navy remain unexplained. The Pentagon does not rule out the possibility that the objects are extra-terrestrial, but has not found any links to alien life or foreign rivals.
