It was stressed that women today are still not equal to men. Although women on average are better educated than men they are paid less for the same work as men and in high-position in politics and economy they are under-represented. Women often face the problem of coordinating their family and business life. Although women go to work they still do the majority of housework. Men on the other hand are easier employed as the number of unemployed women is almost 3% higher than the number of unemployed men.
