This is the third motion to oust a minister in the current government. Previous attempts included a motion to dismiss Uroš Čufer and Gregor Virant, both of whom remain ministers. This attempt is also expected to fail. The opposition says there is a conflict of interest for Samo Omerzel, whose company has done business with the state-owned motorway company, DARS.
