Part of the cableway machines at top of Kanin are hoped to start operating before the winter holidays in Slovenia. There is circling speculation on how much money will be needed for a re-start after a partial restoration of the existing cableway machines.

The mayor of the Bovec municipality today said, that the complete restoration and the build of new machines would cost over 40 million euros.
