The results of the Ninamedia agency opinion poll with 700 respondents show that the respondents who have not noticed any improvement mostly belong to the middle age generation, are the highest educated, live at the Gorenjska region or in the Celje part of Styria, are followers of the SDS party (93.4%), and don't participate in elections (90.4%).

Data gathered by Ninamedia over the years show that Miro Cerar's government can boast one of the highest public support at its first anniversary of governing. As opposed to most of its predecessors, its nomination was accompanied by the greatest distrust, and very low support from the respondents, but the support gradually grew. After one year the only government which had had higher support in the opinion poll was the one led by Borut Pahor, which had however lost a great part of support during the first year, while Cerar's government gained support.

We live as we lived last year, no expectations for the future
Two thirds of the respondents live just as they lived last year. Among the quarter of the respondents who find their life worse are mostly older people, less educated, residents of Dolenjska, and followers of the SDS Party (37.1%), DeSUS Party (36.7%) and those who would not participate at the elections (39.0%). The expectations are rather low. One half of the respondents believe nothing will change in future, and only one fifth believes our lives will improve – most of those are male, younger, with higher education, live in urban environment, come from the central Slovenia and are followers of the SLS and SD Parties.
