Employers who are willing to offer unemployed persons under the age of 30 a contract of employment of indefinite duration, will not have to pay social contributions for the first two years.

The Labour Ministry expects that due to the mentioned changes around 25.000 young people will be employed per year. Representatives of employers however have expressed doubts.
