A petition against the law has been signed by over 20.000 people already. The leader of the SLS deputy group Mihael Prevc said during a press conference today that the party demands extraordinary sessions of the agricultural, economic, interior, infrastructure and labour committees. The SLS is against the introduction of the real estate tax in 2014 as it would additionally burden the population, Slovenia's economy, trade and farmers. The SLS also proposes to introduce the real estate tax in 2015.
