Home furnishing company from Tokio, known for its home furnishing products that accentuate spaces through coordination of stylish while practical items, saw in Nika "a very talented up-and-coming designer" who is already globally recognized. Nika's work is known for creating a story-telling products and her new collection Spell Works is no further than that.
This time, all objects from collection Spell Works, which will be in stores in May this year, is about 'The Stage'.
"Private furniture, accessories and personal items are important as they build up a private stage, an intimate starting point. In such a private place, an abundance of positive affirmations is a welcome fest. Spell Works are envisioned as burst of happiness on stage of life. A life unraveled into a Dolce vita. In this vison, woman can feel comfortable in the center, always ready to perfectly navigate her role," says the designer, who became globally recognized with her collaboration with Moooi.
Collection Spell Works ranges from furniture (sofa, coffe table, dining table and chair), lightning, rug and tableware. They are "bright by nature and spread simple, uplifting vibes" objects, "that sparkle the qualities of stardust, passing on magi powers to its surroundings". So, Shine Tableware, Sparkle Dining Table, Shadow Dresser, Shooting Star Lamp and Adore Armchair are here "to turn things around for good".
