Three out of four requests have been rejected. The court stated that when dealing with the proposal, they focused their declaration on Šorli's correspondence to judge rapporteur Vesna Žalik and the Committee for the prevention of abuse of the judiciary.

The ruling found Janša guilty of accepting the promise of a bribe in his capacity as prime minister in a EUR 278m defence deal.
