Third place went to Austrian Malis Schild. Shiffrin also won the small globe for the overall slalom win of this season.

Slovenian champion Tina Maze was only in 20th place with more than 5 seconds behind Shiffrin after the first run and didn’t even compete at the second run due to severe stomach problems. It is also unclear if Maze will compete at the tomorrow’s giant slalom, the last race of the season.
