The opposition noted that Slovenia's track record is not among the most successful, especially in the period from 2007 to 2013, when two-thirds of possible funds were successfully utilized.

In March, the European Commission froze 185 million euros in funds for Slovenia. Due to this, a number of projects came to a halt.
