Less produce this year
The olive harvest is still several months away, however olive growers are expected to feel the consequences of last year's bad weather conditions. The head of the Olive oil testing centre, Viljanka Vesel, says the lower parts of Slovenia’s Istria may have less produce than usual, due to the expected appearance of the olive fruit fly.
