Marčetić’s debut feature film has so far attracted more than 50,000 cinema-goers across Slovenia. According to Karantanija Cinemas, the Golden Roll awards will be handed out on Monday, November 7, at the Kolosej cinema complex in Ljubljana.

‘Pr' Hostar’ is a comedy about a small, run-down hotel in the region of Gorenjsko (NW). The main culprit for the hotel’s poor condition is the greedy hotel manager, but part of the blame also lies with the stubborn hotel staff. When a shady foreign investor tries to buy the hotel, the staff start worrying that their jobs might be in jeopardy, so they go out of their way to sabotage the takeover.

‘Pr' Hostar’ started as a YouTube web series in 2012, becoming an instant hit with Slovenian viewers. Many of the cast of ‘Pr' Hostar’ have previously starred in skits like 'Car’, ‘Krastač’ and ‘Carice’, which featured zany characters and crude language. Some of the videos reached over a million views on YouTube.
