Current President of the Court of Miroslav Mozetič is surprised that this day is celebrated only by the Constitutional Court, as the constitution does not only relate to it, and that not only the Constitutional Court is responsible for the implementation of the constitution. Mozetič believes that our Constitution guarantees all that, what the rule of law needs. Also according to Mozetič people should have the feeling that they live in the rule of law, which should be the same for all. The government and parliament must also assume their part of responsibilities for the rule of law, the current President of the Constitutional Court warns.
