According to the President of the Constitutional Court, Miroslav Mozetič, a decision on the appeals can most likely be expected at the end of April. Judges will now begin with the preliminary proceedings. As it was earlier announced, all three appeals will be examined at the same time.
The court took different action with the requests for the temporary injunctions on their prison sentences. The requests were then dealt with separately and Janez Janša was temporarily released from prison, while Krkovič and Črnkovič had to wait for their requests to be examined another two months. Even then, their requests were rejected. They will remain in prison pending the final decision of the Constitutional Court.
