Negotiations are expected to resume next week, but some believe Agrokor does not have the money to buy Slovenia’s largest retailer. In a two day meeting two offers have been presented. Agrokor was either willing to pay 120 EUR per share or 80 EUR per share with a recapitalization of Mercator. Experts say all options remain open.
