Slovenia's representative also partook in the grand finale. Tinkara Kovač attempted to convince the audiences with the song “Round and Round”. She and her accompanying singers performed confidently but were not able to convince the European audiences.
She finished next to last, in 25th place. Points for the Slovenian song were awarded only by Montenegro and Macedonia – 8 points from Montenegro and 1 by Macedonia. France finished last with only 2 points.

Conchita Wurst is the stage name of the 26 year old Austrian Tom Neuwirth. Neuwirth has dreamed of a successful singing career from an early age. In 2011 he first appeared on stage as Conchita Wurst – a long-haired, ultra slim singer, who, wherever she is, sparks interest with a strong beard.
