Lovše is said to have offered one million euros, however his advocate Stojan Zdolšek did not want to comment on this and he did not say how Lovše is going to raise the money. Lovše will have to stay in detention at least for one more week, as the sentence is not yet final. Lovše has been in custody since the beginning of august. He is suspected of abuse of office.
