Splichal divided the restaurants and inns in this useful (and comprehensive enough) collection into geographical regions. The Primorska coastal region is represented with the highest number of restaurants – eight, including the winner of this collection, Gostilna pri Lojzetu, where master chef Tomaž Kavčič creates.

The author highlighted the regional winners – In Ljubljana it is the JB restaurant, in the Dolenjska region it is the Osterija Debeluh, in the Gorenjska region the winner is Pri Danilu, in Prekmurje it is the Rajh restaurant (which is also the only representative of the Prekmurje region on the list), in the Primorska region it is Hiša Franko, and in the Štajerska region the winner is Denk.

Splichal’s selection is accompanied by the photographs of Dean Dubokovič, a short description of the restaurant, and all the key information – from opening hours to the price of a degustation menu.
