Protection of personal data
The Public Institute RTV Slovenija shall processes your data for the purpose of preparing and realisation of the online multiplier event 6: “Audiovisual journalism and easy-to-understand language”, which takes place within the framework of the international EASIT project. Your personal data shall not be used for any other purposes.
With this application regarding this event, you give free and unquestionable consent to process the personal data which is necessary for the stated purposes in connection with the project activities and project reporting. We shall process your first and family name, organisation name, organization address, IP number and email address.
Your web application is processed through the MonoCMS system and email. You will receive an invitation to the event, assisted by The Academic and Research Network of Slovenia – ARNES, public institute. We have a contract agreement with both data processors. Data access is granted only to those individuals authorised for the project, and the data processors are only granted access in case of any problem solving. The data will be kept until you withdraw your consent, or no longer than for the duration of the project, including reporting to the project promoter and European Commission. In those instances, when the duration of retaining personal data is mandated by the Law, RTV Slovenija as a public institute retains the data in accordance with the said regulations.
We shall not process your personal data based on automated processing, including profiling. The data will not be transferred to third countries.
You can withdraw your consent at any time at dostopno@rtvslo.si, without influencing the legality of data processing that was performed based on the consent until the consent is withdrawn.
The protection of personal data and privacy policy also includes the method of enforcing your rights.
The rights manager, RTV Slovenija, Kolodvorska 2, 1550 Ljubljana guarantees your rights in accordance with the General data protection regulation and the law.
