, a new 18-episode crime series that depicts the life and work of three police detectives in the small town of Bled, is slated for a debut on TV Slovenia in late 2018.

The detectives are tasked with solving all kinds of crimes while being at odds with their bosses from Ljubljana and dealing with their own personal issues. The series, which will combine humour, drama and tragedy, was produced by Sever&Sever for TV Slovenia.

Transferred from the capital to the countryside
After a dispute with his bosses, the protagonist of the series, a young police detective named Luka (Janko Mandić), is transferred from Ljubljana to Bled, even though he only recently received an award for bravery. On his first day in Bled, he meets Sara (Mija Skrbinac), the daughter of a local big shot, which proves fateful for him.

The experienced police detective Nives (Barbara Cerar) and their boss Ferdo (Gaber Trseglav) are also on the Bled Police Team. The series follows one case per episode, and the characters grow as the series progresses.

The show was written by screenwriter Gregor Fon and director Blaž Završnik, and co-written by Nina Zupančič. Also starring are Matija Vastl (police detective Urh from Ljubljana), Lovro Zafred (Timi, a burglar and victim of a local big shot), Matej Tunja (a petty thief named Žare), Robert Prebil (Polde, a firebug), and others.
