Special polling stations at seats of electoral commissions – in most cases these are administrative units and their branches – will be open between 7am and 7pm, which is 4 hours longer than during previous elections and referendums.
Voters who wish to cast their ballots early are advised to bring a written notice of identification and a propper photo ID.
