The police have filed a complaint at the prosecutor's office against opposition leader and former prime minister, Janez Janša.
The charges are connected with controversial real estate transactions in 2005. According to early reports, there is a suspicion that a company overpaid Janša for land he owned. Also involved are former director of IMOS Branko Kastelic and former director of Eurogradenj Klemen Gantar.
